Last 7 days of work, friction, tools, hand-offs and safety classification — surfaced as evidence, not as judgement.
AI-assisted synthesis
Sensitivity classification → schema-validated extraction → themes → contradictions → interview prompts. Every claim is linked to its source; human approval is mandatory.
Opportunity register
From employee evidence to validated, measured outcomes: detected → … → measured or rejected. No AI-generated ROI.
Governance & security
